Summer time is nearing it's end, but that's no reason to stop having a good time! The month of August starts off strong with numerous LIVE MUSIC options to keep you busy. Along with myself, Michael Carubelli, playing acoustic & full band shows, there are plenty of local talented musicians offering an awesome variety of music from Texas country to Rock & Roll.
I personally play weekly shows all around the Bell Country area to include:
- Wednesdays - Old Chicago in Killeen, Party on The Patio from 8-10pm. Great food and always a good time. Patio is alot cooler than you think!
- Thursdays - Schoepf's BBQ in Belton, Inside Acoustic from 5-7pm. Best BBQ in Central Texas!
- Fridays - Billy Bob's Burgers in Killeen offers LIVE MUSIC inside Tuesday - Friday. Awesome Burgers and BYOB! Let them ice it down for you!
Schoepf's BBQ in Belton, Texas offers the Free Texas Music Series every Thursday til the end of August. I, myself, play inside acoustic from 5-7pm followed by live music in The Backyard starting at 7pm.
Wild Country in Harker Heights will be headlining the one and only, Kevin Fowler, on Saturday, August 13th with special guest, Michael Carubelli. Tickets are already on sale and is sure to be a full house. Starts at 9pm.
Another up and coming venue around the Killeen area is Slim Phatty's BBQ. They are headlining local music talent every weekend throughout the month. Definitely a fun atmosphere with great service. Always a good time.
